When this planner is useful
Use it when several subjects compete for the same week and you need a concrete order for study sessions. Add each subject’s remaining hours, exam date, difficulty, current mastery and importance, then enter the time you can actually study on each weekday. Mark unavailable dates before generating the plan.
How it prioritizes work
The schedule balances workload pressure, exam urgency, difficulty, mastery and importance. It assigns work only before the relevant exam and reserves later capacity for review where possible. The result is a planning suggestion rather than a prediction of your performance.
Example and result interpretation
Suppose Mathematics needs 6 hours and Biology needs 4, with the Mathematics exam first. If your available days provide 8 hours in total, the planner fills those 8 hours according to urgency and the other priority inputs, then reports the 2 hours it could not place. Treat unmet hours as a capacity warning: reduce the workload, free another study period or revise the priorities instead of assuming the plan is complete.
Limits and adjustments
- The result is deterministic: identical inputs produce the same plan.
- No session is scheduled after its subject’s exam date.
- Zero availability and blocked dates reduce capacity immediately.
- The planner cannot account for fatigue, travel or unexpected commitments unless you reflect them in availability.
